" I implore you, my child; observe heaven and earth, consider all that is in them, and acknowledge that God made them out of nothing (ex nihilo), and that mankind comes into being in the same way..." 2 Maccabees 7:28

My blog is in desperate need of a facelift...
I have been very non-communicative lately. There is so much happening, but let it suffice to say that God is the great loofah- scraping off that which is dead to reveal what lives, breathes, bleeds underneath. I'm not quite sure what will be left at the end, but I am happy to feel the sun on my face.
Am I speaking in riddles? I'm sorry.

Don't forget, God also brings new life to what we might think is dead.

Tomorrow is Christ the King, the end of the year and, symbolically, the end of the world; but, thanks be to Christ, we live beyond the end of the world! New life springs immediately from death, from endings.

What will be left of you will be more you than what you were before. What is truly dead was never alive to begin with, and what comes to life will be more alive than you were before. (You're not the only one who can speak in riddles!)

In any case, please don't become completely incommunicado. God will love you abundantly, but don't deny the rest of us the opportunity to share in his love for you!

Faith, Your entry says what I've been thinking/doing. Kinda letting myself be in denial about the MS. And again, not realizing anyone was missing my posting. (All that and an annoyance with Google blogger).

Have a great Thanksgiving. We all have a different perspective on the idea of this holiday don't we??

I'll try to get more active on my site when T-giving is over.

Faith- Less need for venting your feelings on your blog means that you are moving on. Cancer doesn't control your life now.
Your blog doesn't need to be about cancer. It is about you. -Trinka
